Itay Kahana
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Itay is a highly accomplished tech entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience leading R&D and Product departments. With a BSc in computer science completed at 18 years old and a background in the IDF intelligence corps, he boasts a solid technical foundation. Prior to Watchful, Itay co-founded Any.do, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a B2C solution used by 30 million users worldwide. His expertise extends to guiding tech startups and facilitating their successful scaling through streamlined processes and teams. Itay’s extensive product knowledge inspired him to found Watchful, addressing companies’ blind spots with advanced product intelligence, and boosting team efficiency.

Idan Vakrat
Chief Product Officer
Idan is a seasoned product and tech leader who oversees Watchful strategy and delivery of products, including engineering, product management, design, and analytics. Before joining Watchful, he was a Group Product Manager at Google, where he led the product efforts for Waze. Earlier in his career, Idan was head of products at Outbrain (NASDAQ:OB). Idan is an 8200 elite unit alumni. He holds Physics degrees from the Technion (with highest honors) and a Master of Business Administration from Tel-Aviv Recanati business school.

Michael brings 25 years of corporate, start-up and consulting experience in finance, strategy, and operations. He holds three academic degrees with top honors and has held leadership roles in multiple organizations including Cellcom (NYSE: CEL), PwC, Deloitte, and a number of start-up companies.

Judah brings 14 years of experience as a global enterprise customer success leader and manages all customer-facing teams at Watchful. As a passionate and experienced leader, Judah has built and managed high-performing, Enterprise CS teams in multiple organizations. Judah holds a Psychology degree from Yeshiva University and Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University (with highest honors).
